How We Work

Curated to Your Space

It starts with your vision.
We gather details on your project—room photos, style preferences, palette, and scope—to guide our sourcing. You can submit specifics or keep it open-ended.

Custom Proposals

Receive a tailored art selection within 72 hours.
Proposals are curated based on your brief and include artwork details, framing options, and digital mockups (upon request). No public pricing—everything is tailored.

Trade-Only Pricing

Flexible pricing structure that works for you.
Whether you prefer to pass along net pricing or include a markup, we format proposals to match your client agreement. You stay in control of the final numbers.

White-Glove Framing & Install

From delivery to install—every detail handled.
We coordinate custom framing, delivery, and installation where available. If you already have vendors in place, we’re happy to support your team seamlessly.

Revisions Welcome

Need alternate sizes or new options? Just ask.
We can swap pieces, adjust scale, or tailor the collection until it feels just right. Art should complement—not complicate—your well-thought design.

Ongoing Support

Have a new space or project? We’re here for it.
You can request proposals anytime or submit a custom sourcing brief. Every designer receives the same concierge-level support—regardless of tier or spend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you determine which artworks to recommend?

We consider your client’s personal preferences, project goals (whether aesthetic or investment-driven), space considerations, and budget.

We also evaluate current market trends, artist reputation, and the potential long-term value of the work when curating a tailored selection.

What’s the difference between investing in art and simply collecting it?

Collecting art is typically driven by enjoyment and aesthetics, while investing in art focuses on long-term financial gain.

Our process often balances both—guiding your client toward pieces that deliver visual impact and potential appreciation in value.

Can you help with multiple homes or out-of-state projects?

Absolutely.

We work with designers across the country and internationally to curate art for primary residences, secondary homes, and vacation properties.

Our remote process is seamless—but when the project calls for it, we’re happy to travel to you.

What if my client wants something custom and unique to them?

After identifying your client’s preferred palette and style, we’ll collaborate with the artist to create a digital rendering using Photoshop.

Once your client approves the design, the artist will paint directly from that reference. Before shipping, we provide a final preview and allow time for minor adjustment requests.

Absolutely.

If the artwork is available locally, we can arrange an in-person site visit for your client to view the piece.

If it’s not available locally or is being customized, we’ll create a digital rendering—superimposing the artwork into a photo of their space for a realistic preview.

We manage every detail—from secure packaging and insured shipping to professional on-site installation.

We also ensure that framing and placement are aligned with both the design intent and the preservation needs of the artwork.
